1 pkg. instant dry ramen (do not use seasoning packet)
1/2 small head American cabbage
4 green onions
3 Tbsp. grated toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup toasted sliced or slivered almonds
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1. Shred cabbage, chop green onions. Toast almonds in a dry frying pan.
2. Mix dressing together. Toss all dry ingredients together, mix in dressing right before serving.
3. So simple and refreshing!
For a variation, add cooked shredded chicken or turkey!
