Benriner Mandoline Slicer

Benriner Mandoline slicer, shredder from Japan. Each mandoline comes with 3 sizes of knife quality interchangeable shredding blades and handy finger guard.

The shredding blades make fine toothpick width shreds, spaghetti sized shreds or thin french fry sized shreds.

The razor sharp slicing blade is ajustable to make paper thin slices or matchstick shreds. Easy to follow instructions included. For the professional and home cook.

The outside size is 12 1/4 by 3 1/2 inches. The inner cutting surface measures 2 1/2 inches across and the diagonal sitting blade measures 3 1/2 inches long.

Easily comparable to the $200 French Mandoline except does not do waffle cut.
