Super Wide Benriner Mandoline

Wide sized Benriner Slicer/Shredder Mandoline with an adjustable thickness guage. This cream colored Japanese Mandoline comes with three sizes of Julienne blades and a much needed finger guard to protect your fingers from the sharp blade.

The shredding blades make fine toothpick width shreds, spaghetti sized shreds or thin french fry sized shreds.

Adjustable to make paper thin slices or paper thin julienne shreds!

It is wider than our standard mandoline, instructions and diagrams are included in the box.

13 1/2 inches long and 5 inches wide. The inner cutting surface measures 3 3/4 inches across and the diagonal sitting blade measures 5 inches long.
